If your rice or wheat arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Unopened, unused packs may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, given the nature of digital goods. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it directly.
